Hi, my name is Jarkko

I am commercial photographer and 3D visualist based in Helsinki, Finland. In my work I enjoy when I can help my clients find visual solutions that serve their purpose. I’ve studied both fine arts and journalism so I have good understanding of different nuances in visual storytelling. I’ve worked with wide variety of clients from small startups to some of the biggest companies in Finland.

Through my experience in journalism (where things can be a bit hectic, chaotic even) I’ve gained very down-to-earth and adaptive professional approach. 3d work is a good match for photography. Understanding light, composition and quality of textures is a big factor in creating eye-catching visuals.

I’ve also worked with Red Cross as as a staff videographer and photographer in various countries including Somalia, Ukraine, Russia and Sierra Leone.
