Hi, my name is Oona

I’m a designer based in Northern Germany, Flensburg. Originally from Finland, I’ve traveled the world and lived in many cities. I’ve been working as San Francisco Agency’s Creative Director and communication designer for 6+ years. In 2018, I joined forces with the first members of the Bay Area network to work for Neste as their Service Designer for the Easy X development project. Having moved to Germany in 2020, I am participating in Bay Area and I’m continuing to work on various projects.

My main area of expertise is service design, branding and design project management. I’ve been working in such a wide variety of projects (fashion, textile, photography, video, illustration, graphic design, communication, workshop facilitation, event production, presentations and pitch design, art direction, curating, interior design, architecture, …), that I am just excited to see what comes next because I find myself always curious for new adventures.
