As a lead owning member, you will keep the client relationship and manage the project. Ask other network members to join the project as partners. Decide on commissions and fees freely.
As a partner member, you will bring your core competence to the project while keeping your schedule clear from all the client meetings.

Qualifications we are looking for
- You are an expert in your field
- You are a successful project manager with a proven track record of keeping demanding customers happy
- You can get referrals from prior clients – preferably well-known, international, or growth-minded ones
- You are familiar with Nordic culture and business practices
- You are a fluent English speaker (other languages are a plus)
- You can communicate clearly with clients and community alike
Steps to becoming a member

- If you qualify, we will send you more information and a link to the application
- After your application is received and references checked, we will do a test project
- Upon approval, we will send you an e-contract
- Once the contract is signed, we will invite you to Nordic Bay Area Slack, and you can start enjoying the benefits
